Since 1994, Chattanooga Internet has been designing cost-effective Web sites that work the way they are supposed to... every time. Our process has gone through many changes; However, we have developed what we feel is the best approach:
1. LISTEN. Learn what our clients' short and long-term goals are. Target those needs and examine areas around them that will meet and exceed those goals. Websites should always be built to grow and be fluid in design to reach far into the future.
2. EXPLAIN. Fully explain in common English what we can offer. There are many paths to obtaining your goals on the Internet and we will examine them all. We will fully explain the tools/services associated with them and the pros & cons of each. Throughout this process, we will explain or clarify everything in a way you will understand.
3. DELIVER. Design, launch and maintain a quality product at a fair price in a timely manner. You do not want to spend a million dollars on a website... you just want it to look like you did.
4. NEVER try to sell our clients something they do not truly need to accomplish their goals.
